Cookies are small text files that are stored on the user's device when visiting websites and are sent back to the same device when the same user visits the same website again. Analysis cookies
They monitor the use of the website by users. They provide statistical data that can help the website operator to optimise the website. One of the most commonly used web analytics tools is "Google Analytics", a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. that collects browsing statistics. According to clarification from the Data Protection Authority, these cookies are technical cookies if the IP address is anonymised (even partially) and the information is not shared with Google. Otherwise, they are profiling cookies.

Cookies can be first-party cookies (created and managed directly by the website operator) or third-party cookies (if installed and used by others).
Third-party cookies include so-called social plugins, i.e. components that enable integration with social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc.) and generate cookies via the website.
